Neil Murphy General Manager	Formally the NSW & ACT State Manager for Optus SMB division, Neil Murphy has retuned to his home town of Newcastle to design and implement telecommunication solutions for local Small & Medium business customers. Neil brings to the business a passion for technology and a desire to provide the business community of Newcastle a high standard of service.
Stephen Stokes General Sales Manager	Stephen Stokes has 25 years in Sales and Customer service experience, starting in small business then real-estate, following on to Media Sales and Management. Stephen's core business beliefs are to always look for the best business outcome and to look for the future needs in each business.
Ben Chard Operations Manager	Ben has been working in the telecommunications industry for over 7 years. Ben started off in Optus Mobile Customer Care then moved into a mobile activations role, a fixedline activations role and then a state sales support position looking after all of the SMB dealers within NSW. Ben is now working in the Optus Business Direct Newcastle dealership bringing with him a wealth of knowledge on Optus' products, procedures & systems.
Seth van Dijk Business Development Manager	Seth van Dijk has recently returned to Newcastle after initially starting his career with Optus here 4 years ago. Seth has a serious belief in quality customer service and has excelled in Optus elevating him to Sales Manager of the Central Coast in 2007. Seth is now our Business Development Manager specialising in the design a complete business communication solution for medium businesses.
Brett Purcell Senior Account Manager	Brett Purcell has been a Senior Account Manager at Optus Business Direct Newcastle for the last four years. Being a senior member of the Enterprise Team Brett is responsible for building a wide variety of telecommunication solutions for a large cross-section of Newcastle businesses. One of the key things Brett enjoys about his position is visiting new and existing clients and has the ability to assess the customer needs whilst on site.
John Waples Sales Consultant	John has had a substantial career spanning 24 years – 12 in the finance sector and 12 in face to face sales and customer service. John has been with Optus Business Direct Newcastle for 2 years now. John enjoys working with Telco products and has become one of our fixed line specialists.
Paul Chegwidden Sales Support	Paul has been involved with Optus for over 6 years dealing with sales and administration in both the consumer and business markets. Paul’s role is to provide support to the sales staff in provisioning their applications for all of Optus' products and to also provide some basic troubleshooting.
