Please note: The number portability fee is only applicable when you switch your existing 1800 or 1300 number to Optus from another carrier. Prices quoted are GST inclusive.

1. A connection fee applies per call - 5.5˘ for local calls, 16.5˘ for all other calls.
2. No connection fee is charged for local calls to a 1300 number.
3.  Up to three answering points allowed for Free Calls 1800, Local Calls 1300 and International Free Calls.
4. Mobile rates apply to calls originating from or terminating at a mobile number. MobileSat calls are charged at $1.65 per minute, plus a 16.5˘ connection fee.
5. Calls terminating to Inbound Services VoiceMail are charged at 24˘ a minute, plus a 16.5˘ connection fee. Retrieval of Inbound Services VoiceMail message(s) is charged at the cost of a local call. Retrieval from a mobile phone is charged as per local rates, specified in the mobile rate plan.
6. International Free Calls rates are charged per call from originating country. All calls subject to a 16.5˘ connection fee.
7. Calls are charged by the second until you reach the Inbound Services cap. The Inbound Services cap is the maximum that you will pay for a call of up to 20 minutes. If the call ends before the Inbound Services cap, you only pay for the time used, plus the connection fee. If the call exceeds the Inbound Services call length of 20 minutes, the per minute rate will start again from that time.
8. The Inbound Services cap applies to national calls and calls originating or terminating at a mobile phone for Free Calls 1800 and Local Calls 1300 services.
9. All prices quoted include GST, unless otherwise stated. Pricing and information correct as at 1 April 2003. Prices subject to change without notice.
