All prices quoted are GST inclusive. Your application is subject to an Optus credit assessment, and acceptance. 'yes' Business Smart, 'yes' Business Smart 6+, Business Cap, BlackBerry Business and Optus Wireless Connect Business Plans are only available to eligible business customers as defined by Optus connecting to the Optus Mobile Digital service. Optus Pre-paid, Optus CDMA, MobileSat, service provider customers, or Corporate customers are not eligible. Not available in conjunction with single bill or e-bill products. You are not able to view your monthly usage prior to receiving your bill. Pricing correct as at 21st July 2006. Text Messages (SMS): 1. Charged at 25c per message sent of up to 160 characters, per recipient. 2. International SMS charged at 35c per message sent of up to 160 characters, per recipient. 3. Message charges may be incurred for up to eight days from the original send date regardless of successful delivery or not. 4. SMS cannot be sent to MobileSat customers. Photo Message (MMS): 1 .National MMS is charged at 50c per message sent, per recipient. 2. International MMS charged at 75c per message sent, per recipient. 3. Optus Email MMS is charged at 50c per message sent (one message can be sent to multiple recipients). 4. Charges apply regardless of successful delivery or not. 5. If an MMS message is sent to a handset or network that is not Optus MMS enabled or compatible, the message recipient will be sent an SMS directing the customer to go to www.optus.com.au/zoo to view their message. You will still be charged for sending an MMS. Optus Push to Talk (PTT): 1. To use PTT you must have an Optus compatible handset with the PTT service. 2. The PTT service in only available for use between customers on the Optus GSM network. 3. Message delivery success, message delivery time and call initiation time may be variable. 4. You will incur the daily fee in any 24 hour period, from 3am Sydney EST, that you initiate a PTT call on the service. You will be charged $0.95c per day. Optus Fair GoTM Policy applies up to 150 minutes per month. Optus 3G Service: 1. Use of Optus 3G Service, including Video Calling are only available with compatible handsets and Optus 3G SIM card within 3G Coverage area. If you or the other person on the video call moves out of the 3G coverage area, your video call will drop out and you will only have the option to call the person back with a voice call. 2. Optus' 3G network coverage is available in selected areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Canberra, metropolitan Brisbane and Gold Coast, Adelaide airport and Perth airport. Optus makes no warranty regarding the quality and availability of coverage or any services. It may take several months for roaming charges to appear on your mobile tax invoice.

'yes' Business Smart and 'yes' Business Smart 6+ Plans
'yes' Business Smart 6+ Plans only available for connection if you maintain a minimum of 6 services connected to 'yes' Business Smart Plans on the same customer account number for the agreed term. The 'Minimum Total Cost' over the 12 or 24 month plan is set out in the table below and does not include any handset costs which are additional. If you choose a 12 or 24 Month Plan, and your service is disconnected for any reason or you switch carriers within the 12 or 24 months, you will be required to pay the remaining amount on your handset, if any, plus the applicable 'Termination Fee'.

Upon request customers connecting to ‘yes' Business Smart rate plans may set up a BusinessTime (BT) service.
2. Only 3 BT services per YBS service. If you combine your YBS service with Optus Business Phone and / or DSL you can nominate 5 numbers.
3. The 3 nominated numbers must be either eligible Optus GSM mobile(s) and / or fixed line(s), as defined by Optus and cannot be a 13, 1300, 1800 or 1900 numbers.
4. Calls must be made and received within Australia and excludes video calls.
5. After the first 5 minutes standard call rates apply.
6. You may change your nominated numbers no more than once per month.
7. Allow up to 48 hours for activation or changes to your BT service.
8. Optus Fair Go TM Policy applies for BusinessTime usage of up to 1000 minutes per month.

Back2Business:
1.
Upon request customers connecting to ‘yes' Business Smart 6+ rate plans may set up a Back2Business (B2B) service.
2. Only 3 B2B services per YBS6+ service. If you combine your YBS6+ service with Optus Fixed Line and / or Data you will receive free 10 minute calls.
3. The 3 nominated numbers must be either eligible Optus GSM mobile(s) and / or fixed line(s), as defined by Optus and cannot be a 13, 1300, 1800 or 1900 number.
4. Calls must be made and received within Australia and excludes video calls.
5. After the first 10 minutes standard call rates apply.
6. You may change your nominated numbers no more than once per month.
7. Allow up to 48 hours for activation or changes to your B2B service.
8. Optus Fair Go TM Policy applies for Back2Business usage of up to 1000 minutes per month.

SmartRate:
1.
Applies to calls make to a mobile phone on any Australian mobile network excluding satellite phones.
2. Calls must be made and received within Australia and excludes video calls.
3. Excludes some call types including roaming, SMS services, fax and data calls, directory assistance, 13, 1300, 1800 or 1900 calls.
4. If you do not make do not nominate the call type of either fixed lines or mobiles then the default will be fixed lines.

SmartFleet:
1.
Applies to calls, SMS and MMS made and received within Australia to another YBS service on the same customer account number, no flagfall applies.
2. Some exclusions apply, including Video calls, International, Premium and Third Party SMS and MMS.
3. Optus Fair Go TM Policy applies for SmartFleet usage of up to 1000 minutes per month.

SmartShare:
1.
Available to Small Business customers only.
2. Shares the minimum monthly spend between ‘yes' Business Smart, BlackBerry Executive Bolt On, Mobile Data and Optus Wireless Connect services on the same customer account number.
3. Excludes all Cap plans.
4 . Only plans with Minimum monthly spend are eligible.

International Calls:
International calls from your mobile will be charged at standard per 30 second rates. Flagfall of 27c applies per call. Excludes video calls.

Bolt Ons:
Upon request, customer may select Bolt Ons for an additional $5 per pack, per month per service. The spend on these Bolt Ons does not contribute to SmartShare.
Free Bolt On: If you select a YBS59 plan or above you will receive one free Bolt On. If you do not select which Bolt On you would like, YBS default will be ‘yes' Time and YBS6+ will be VoiceMail.
VoiceMail Bolt On:
Pay $5 extra per month to receive free VoiceMail.
SurePage Bolt On: Pay $5 extra per month to receive 20 SurePage messages. Each additional message costs 50c.
SMS / MMS Bolt On: Pay $5 extra per month to receive 10c SMS and MMS messages and an included $5 worth of SMS and MMS value. SMS and MMS must be sent and received in Australia .
‘yes'Time Bolt-on:
Pay $5 extra per month to receive Free 20 minute calls to Optus Mobiles between 8pm - 12 pm , 7 days. ‘yes' Time only applies to calls made and receive within Australia between 8pm and midnight every night, from on Optus Mobile Digital customer to another (on the Optus GSM network), for no charge for the first 20 minutes per call, after which standard rates apply. Excludes video calls. Not available with YBS6+plans.
Mobile Data Plans: Pay as you go each month at 1.5c per KB capped at $5 for up to 5MB. If you go over 5MB charges start again at. 0.3¢/Kb. Upon request customers may select one of the 5MB, 30MB, 50MB or 75MB data plans. They will be required to pay each month the minimum monthly spend for the specific data plan they choose. Not available with Cap plans. Customers are required to use a GPRS capable device. SMS Alerts, Ring Tones, Screen Logos, Picture Messages, Mobile Games, MMS Select Standard and MMS Select Premium content charges are also additional charges.
