Call Hold & Call Wait

Call Hold/Call Wait lets you manage your time more effectively by handling two callers at the same time, so you don’t miss any important calls.

How it works:
You'll hear a stuttered beep tone to say that another caller is trying to get through;

To place the first call on hold and answer the second, simply press YES/Phone symbol  

To switch between calls, simply keep pressing YES.

What it Costs

It’s free. Call Hold/Call Wait must be activated on your mobile.

You can deactivate or re-activate Call Hold/Wait from within My Optus Mobile.
