$99 Business Timeless Max Plan
The $99 Business Timeless Max Plan (the Plan) is only available for new or eligible existing business customers as defined by Optus, who apply to connect to the Optus Mobile Digital service, and pass the Optus credit assessment and who are accepted by Optus. Existing customers must demonstrate that over the three continuous months prior to applying have had an average monthly spend equal to at least the monthly access fee of the Plan.
The Plan is available as a month to month, 12 or 24 month plan.
On the Plan you will pay a minimum amount of $99 per month even if you do not make $99 worth of calls. For the part month, you will pay only part of the minimum spend and you will only receive part of the included Mobile Internet Data Value if you choose this option. You may not be able to view your monthly usage prior to receiving your bill.
Unlimited value: on the Plan includes Standard National Voice and Video Calls, Standard National SMS (if you selected the Unlimited SMS offer), Voicemail Deposits and Retrievals (if you selected the Unlimited VoiceMail offer), National MMS, National Diversions, and up to 150 minutes Push To Talk (PTT). The unlimited offer only applies to standard personal and business calls and text or VoiceMail only. Optus Mobile Fair GoTM Policy applies.
Exclusions: The Plan's unlimited value excludes 124 YES (937), Voicemail Deposits and Retrievals (if Unlimited VoiceMail offer was not selected), SMS (if Unlimited SMS offer was not selected), International Voice and SMS, International Video, International Roaming and Diversions, International MMS, International Video Calling, 1800, 13 and 1300 numbers, calls to Satellite, TrueLocal usage, Premium SMS, Optus Zoo and Optus iZoo Browsing, Optus Zoo and Optus iZoo Downloads, Content packs, Mobile Internet Usage, 966* Zoo, Directory Assistance, VOIP services and usage, Premium Video, Operator Assistance, Video Conferencing and 19XX services. IncludedMobile Internet Data Value: if this option is selected the Plan includes 1.5 GB of data to access services on Optus Zoo or Optus iZoo, browsing the Internet from your mobile, as well as using your mobile as a modem. If you exceed the Plan's included monthly data allowance, excess usage charges will be charged at $0.35 per MB or part thereof. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. Your data allowance does not include services such as Voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, Premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 13, 1300, 1800, 1900 numbers. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024KB = 1MB, 1024MB = 1GB and includes both uploads and downloads.
Unlimited BlackBerryPOP3 Email and Browsing: if this option is selected includes unlimited use of POP3 email, use of the BlackBerry Browser, applications from Optus and third party applications that require a BlackBerry Data connection. Unlimited POP3 email and browsing is subject to the Optus Mobile Fair GoTM policy. International data roaming usage is specifically excluded from the usage allowance. If you select the Unlimited BlackBerry POP3 Email and Browsing, you will not be able to view your monthly usage prior to receiving your bill. Termination: If you choose to pay the cost of your handset by the monthly handset payment option or you have chosen a 12 or 24 month plan and you cancel your Optus Mobile Service or it is disconnected for any reason, or you switch carriers within your minimum term ("Termination") you will be required to pay the remaining amount on your phone, if any, plus applicable "Termination Fees". The Termination Fee is calculated in accordance to the following: for months 1-12 of a 24 month term, 100% of the Initial Termination Fee which is $1,100, for months 13-15, 80% of the initial Termination Fee, for months 16-18, 60% of the initial Termination Fee, for months 19-21, 40% of the initial Termination Fee, for months 22-24, 20% of the initial Termination Fee. For months 1-6 of a 12 month term, 100% of the Initial Termination Fee which is $650, for months 7-9 70% of the initial Termination Fee, for months 10-12 40% of the initial Termination Fee

Optus Push to Talk (PTT): 1. To use PTT you must have an Optus compatible handset with the PTT service. 2. The PTT service is only available for use between customers on the Optus GSM network. 3. Message delivery success, message delivery time and call initiation time may be variable. 4. You will incur the daily fee in any 24 hour period, from 3.00am Sydney EST, that you initiate a PTT call on the service. Optus Mobile Fair Go TM Policy applies up to 150 minutes per month.
Handset Locking: Some handsets are locked to the Optus network. Optus can only unlock handsets purchased from an Optus outlet within Australia. For Mobile Account customers who wish to use their handset on another network, please call Optus on 133 713.
Handset Features: Certain features are only available to you if your handset is compatible with the service.
Optus Dual Band service: Refers to our 2100MHz/900MHz Network. Optus dual band handset can provide access to 3G services in the Optus dual band coverage area. Optus 3G Services: Refers to our 2100MHz network. Optus 3G handset can provide access to 3G services only in the Optus 3G coverage area. Optus Zoo & MyZooNow: Optus Zoo activation time may take up to 24 hours. Optus will endeavour to provide current, accurate information but makes no guarantee regarding the timely delivery, currency, or accuracy of any information provided to you as part of the Optus Zoo Update service. Content may be suspended, changed, or terminated without notice. Optus is not responsible for third party content, and sites may be subject to change. Additional charges may apply to access and subscription to third party content. Content is tailored for viewing on Optus 3G or dual band and may not include all content and features of Internet websites.
Optus WiFi: Customers who connect their Apple iPhone to a Timeless Max plan may receive free WiFi from any Optus WiFi hotspot. The service provide you with access, via a fixed wireless IP network extension to the Optus IP Network, to the Internet and related services, such as email and the world wide web on an on-demand basis. Optus may immediately suspend, downgrade or cancel this service in a variety of circumstances, including: if Optus determines it is not viable to supply this service to you; you misuse this service; non- compliant Equipment is used; there is an unusually high use of this service; you fail to pay any charges to Optus; or you become insolvent. Not all content located on Optus iZoo will be available when using the Apple iPhone over the Optus WiFi connection. Availability and performance Optus hot-spots can vary.
TrueLocal: Only available on XHTML supported handsets. Standard browsing and downloading charges will apply to access the service. Content is tailored for viewing in Optus 3G or dual band coverage areas and may not include all content and features of Internet websites. When using True Local your location is automatically accessed to allow provision of correct service information while you are using the service. Should you click on a banner advertisement; a response will be sent to you on an opt-in basis. Optus Mobile Fair GoTM Policy applies on the monthly option up to 300 Maps downloaded per month
Changing Rate Plans: After the first 6 months of your contract, once a month you may change to another Optus Mobile Rate Plan with a lower monthly access fee at Optus' discretion for the remaining term of your contract. We may charge you a fee if you move from one pricing plan to another before the end of your minimum term. The amount of the fee will depend on various factors, including the terms of your current pricing plan, your call spend under your current pricing plan and the terms of the new pricing plan you are moving to. You should contact customer service for further information on the fee that may apply in your case. If you select a new rate plan/ plan option any calls made from the date of the change, will be rated at the applicable rate of your new plan /plan option.
Change of ownership: Is permitted during the contract period providing the new applicant meets Optus credit assessment criteria and both the current and new owner agree to the conditions on the Optus Change of Ownership form. Customers changing account ownership will not be eligible for Plan Scan.
Optus Mobile Fair Go TM Policy applies to: ‘unreasonable use’ and ‘unacceptable use,’ for the Business Timeless Max Rate plan. GST: Prices quoted are GST inclusive, on your Tax Invoice call charges will be calculated excluding GST. GST will be calculated on the total amount of taxable supplies during the billing period and shown as a separate entry. Optus reserves the right to change prices including call rates and monthly access fees at any time.
